4 things to remember if you’re not feeling so hot
1. Today is a new opportunity to do things differently
Today is not just a new opportunity to do things differently it’s also a new opportunity to do different things! If you hate the outdoors, go for a hike. Find your nearest mountain, go to the top, and see what you feel…or not! Just do the opposite of what comforts you. Obviously, let it be safe and healthy for you but why not! It’s a new Gods compassion for you resets every day and so should your compassion for yourself!
2. In fear, act fearlessly
Being fearful is human instinct but acting fearlessly despite your fear is a choice. A brave choice too! Acting means temporarily doing the duties of another person. I don’t know who that person is but we can admit that it’s not you. When it comes to fear fake it until you make it!
3. Drag your thoughts elsewhere
If you are complaining about something you can’t change, drag your thoughts elsewhere. There is always something to improve upon. Today is not the day to get stuck in your negative thoughts. Drag them by force elsewhere, to the trash. Here’s the thing, you may not be able to stop the thoughts, but you can label them trash or truth!
