The purpose of a habit is to solve the problems of life with little energy and effort as possible! This is great information because we can use this to our advantage! Our bodies are incredible and made to adapt, why not teach it good habits to solve the problems of life with little energy and effort as possible! Here are 3 life changing habits you should start doing because they work!
1. Start meditating.
Yep, I said it, and here’s why! Meditation slows down your brainwaves. Your brainwaves are used to functioning at the same speed. Meditation disrupts that which helps you change habits and behaviors. 95% of who we are by the time we are 35 is a memorized set of behaviors, emotional reactions, and hardwired attitudes. Yeeeaaaa, we don’t want that!
2. Take a small risk daily.
Find something that makes you a little nervous, like talking to strangers, and strive to do it one time every day to build your confidence. Please don’t go shaking hands and hugging people while Aunt Rona is visiting. But you can meet your neighbors whom you have met!
3. Drink lots of water, especially my black people!
I know you hear this all the time but interestingly, weird word, 80% of your brain tissue is made of water.. To think better, control your thoughts and overcome bad habits you need lots of water DRINK LOTS OF WATER! (ESPECIALLY MY BLACK PEOPLE)
